This course covers proper brazing techniques to help prevent leaks. We will be training the attendees the methods utilized by Daikin to ensure quality brazed joints on each joint. The course will include bench work, as well as simulated field processes, including brazing a piping network in the ceiling of the training area, connecting to Daikin Fan Coils via field connections, then pressure testing and evacuating the completed piping network. All brazing work will be completed with a nitrogen purge.

The attendees will also complete a stamp to send to NITC for brazing certification.

The training is conducted over five (5) days, and attendance at all five sessions is required in order to receive a certificate of completion. This training is offered in-person only.
