Daikin HVAC Systems Program - Individual Module(s) - Fall 2026
The Havtech Learning Institute (HLI) presents the Daikin HVAC Systems Program! This program combines the knowledge and experience of Daikin’s Principles of HVAC, Principles of Air Systems Design, Principles of Refrigeration, Principles of Chiller Plant Design, and Building Systems classes into one comprehensive program that uses a blended learning approach.
There is an opportunity for attendees to earn CEU credits. This designation must be known before the start of each module.
Individual Start and End Dates for Each Module are listed below for Fall 2026:
- Registration deadline: Friday, July 31, 2026, by COB for the full 6-Module Program and Module 1
- Registration deadline for Modules 2-6: Two weeks before the start of each module (see more info below)
- Training Cost: $200 per attendee per module
- Training Location: Virtual
PAYMENT INFORMATION: We no longer accept purchase order (PO) numbers or AMEX for HLI training fees. Your accounting department should already be set up with Havtech’s payment portal, where payments can be made using a credit card, debit card, or ACH payment.
After you submit your registration, an invoice will be sent via email from no-reply@handle.com. Payment must be received 1 week before the module start date in order to participate in the program.
FOUNDATIONS OF HVAC:
Be introduced to HVAC systems, thermodynamics, psychrometrics, intro to plans, hydronics, and pumps.
There is an opportunity for attendees to earn CEU credits. This designation must be known before the start of each module.

REFRIGERATION:
Examine the refrigeration cycle, the components of a refrigeration cycle, and energy recovery of refrigeration.
There is an opportunity for attendees to earn CEU credits. This designation must be known before the start of each module.
Registration deadline: Monday, August 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST
Training Cost: $200 per attendee
ELECTRIC:
Develop knowledge of electrical basics, motors and VFDs, controls concepts for HVAC, controls components, and electrical schematics.
There is an opportunity for attendees to earn CEU credits. This designation must be known before the start of each module.
Registration deadline: Monday, September 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST
Training Cost: $200 per attendee
AIRSIDE:
Gain a basic understanding of coils, fans, air handling units, air distribution, rooftop units, and controls for air handler units.
There is an opportunity for attendees to earn CEU credits. This designation must be known before the start of each module.
Registration deadline: Monday, October 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST
Training Cost: $200 per attendee
CHILLERS:
Begin by learning chiller basics and chiller types, then move on to learn constant flow systems, variable flow systems, Low Delta T, condenser water systems and cooling towers, and controls.
There is an opportunity for attendees to earn CEU credits. This designation must be known before the start of each module.
Registration deadline: Monday, October 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.

Chiller Plant Design
Develop knowledge of chiller plant variations, optimization, energy recovery, water-side-free cooling, thermal storage systems, process cooling, and district cooling.
There is an opportunity for attendees to earn CEU credits. This designation must be known before the start of each module.
Registration deadline: Monday, November 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST
